At BlackToe Running, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next mile. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that nutrition products and certain clearance items are final sale.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original shoe box or packaging, place them inside a shipping container, and attach the provided return label before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
